About Me
As a trained, licensed therapist, I am a committed partner and a gentle guide for you and your child through this process of understanding and feeling better. With understanding, proven techniques and the combined wisdom of all involved, we explore what is happening in your child’s life and heart. I will listen to your feelings and concerns as parents and appreciate the strengths of your child.
My sessions with kids are fun, playful, engaging, and get results. I have a good track record of connecting with and earning the trust of teens as well. Helping children and teens to name and accept their feelings and needs, and to understand what is causing them can
increase self-confidence, decrease anxiety, and
enhance family communication and connection.
